Posizione:

Leading the review at Italian plant level of the product costing, supporting the R&D dpt in assessing the Bill of materials update.
Plant monthend closing pack (PL, BS & CF), variance analysis (Purchase Price Variances, Labour price and efficiency variances, Indirect costs, Technical modifications).
Manage the Plant budget, forecast and outlooks.
Preparation of specific weekly analysis over inventory, stock rotation, purchases, cost structure.
Support the Head of controlling in improving and defining the month end closing procedures and standard reports at plant level.
Participating and supporting the head of controlling in leading the ERP migration
Support Plant Manager and Industrial BU Controller on decision making: make or buy, cost analysis on alternative, etc.
Participate at internal and external audits

Requisiti:

2+ years of experience in Industrial/Plant Controlling;
Bsc in Economics, Business Administration or Management Engineering;
Be autonomous in product costing, P&L closures and BS tools
English is manadatory, any other European language will be a plus
Problem solving and Autonomous management of daily activities
Professional in Excel, any other ERP knowledge such as Dynamics or SAP will be a plus.
