    This role is ideal for individuals with 5-10 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within enterprise software or digital experience platforms. As a Client Success Specialist, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring our customers achieve their strategic goals and realize the full value of their investment.



    Key Responsibilities:



    • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned customers, understanding their business objectives and aligning solutions to deliver measurable outcomes.

    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders through structured communication and feedback mechanisms.

    • Lead customers through onboarding, ensure smooth implementation, facilitate enablement sessions, guide toward initial success milestones, monitor adoption progress, and identify opportunities to accelerate time-to-value.



    Visionary Expertise:


    The successful candidate will have expertise in Digital Experience platforms or Enterprise Software solutions. A deep understanding of product capabilities such as content creation APIs cloud deployment security user engagement optimization modernization migration to cloud-native environments stay updated on product updates features best practices engaging senior stakeholders driving measurable outcomes excellent communication presentation problem-solving skills proficiency in HCL DX IBM WebSphere Portal/DX preferred.
