TURATI
Our new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub, and home to all of the NGG staff functions. Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonized with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office

THE ROLE
NGGH++ is looking for an Intern to join the HR team to support in all recruiting activities.

You will report to the Senior HR Specialist and have full visibility of the day-to-day workings of a HR team, business requirements and employee life cycle.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Support in all phases of the recruitment process including, drafting job descriptions, job posting, CV screening, phone screening and conducting interviews
Support in HR implementation processes and communication
Support in all data entry and backoffice activities
Support in managing relations with universities and participating in career days

WHO YOU ARE

Bachelor's Degree, a Masters in Human Resources is required
Proven interest in the Fashion industry, and sports culture, previous experience in a similar role is a plus
Good use and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Good use and knowledge of Workday is a plus
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure
Organized, with the ability to work proactively on multiple projects simultaneously
Hard working with the ability to manage confidential information
Fluent in English and Italian written and spoken this will be tested in the interview process a third language is a plus
