THE POSITION:


Reporting to the Training Manager you will have responsibility for developing and administering training programs for BI Customer Facing Roles, assessing training needs, helping individuals and groups develop skills and knowledge, presenting training sessions and monitoring training for effectiveness for the assigned groups.

The role broadly includes the following accountabilities.

Accountabilities:


  • Ensures strategic alignment of HP Training with business goals
  • Anticipates emerging trends in the healthcare environment where changes to Training strategy may positively impact performance
  • Is recognized as an expert in Training activities by internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify training needs by consulting with stakeholders and using needs assessments
  • Effectively manages allocated budget for multiple projects.
  • Assess employees' skills, performance and productivity to identify areas of improvement.
  • Effectively communicates with colleagues in HQ and on field
  • Maintains a network of training experts within global team
  • Selects and manages resources, including working with both internal employees and training partners to develop and deliver training.
  • Manages the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver training.
  • Facilitate organizationwide training activities such as seminars, workshops, and individual training sessions.
  • Conduct field training (new roles, new hires, retraining)

Requirements:


  • Scientific Degree
  • At least 3 years' experience in the Pharmaceutical field
  • TA experience/scientific knowledge
  • Digital mindset and approach
  • Excellent communication skills, planning and time management competencies
  • Strong collaboration, crossfunctional and teamworking skills
  • Coaching methodologies and techniques
  • Excellent skills of inclusiveness and support in the creation of new teams
  • Native level of Italian and Fluent English
  • Knowledge of traditional and modern training methods Willingness to travel 20% of the time
