Descrizione

Azienda Multinazionale operante nel settore Automotive a Torino ricerca figura da inserire all'interno dell'ente Electrifications Technology in qualità di Functional Integrator High-Voltage System.

The Functional Integrator High-Voltage (HV) System (M/F/d) is accountable for a coherent and performance-compliant mechatronic behavior of the HV system against targeted vehicle features.

The role embodies the interface between the HV system and its controls (battery, driveline, power electronics, converter, charger, fuel-cell, auxiliaries, power-take-off), the domain of vehicle electronics and product performance management.

Furthermore, the Functional Integrator contributes to design the vehicle E/E architecture including the partitioning of functions and conceive software modular systems to be flexibly used on different platforms - from light-commercial vehicle to medium & heavy trucks and bus.

The assignments of the Functional Integrator include: analysis of vehicle functional requirements (amongst others range, power, lifetime, serviceability) and breakdown into the HV system; creation of target-sets for the HV system; analysis of simulation results; definition and proof of consistency of control logics for the fulfillment of targeted vehicle functions; planning of feature releases and integration steps for software; support in verification and validation of HV system functions; assessment of performance and maturity of mechatronic behavior of the HV system as well as implementation progress of controls; solution of issues and initiation of appropriate preventive or corrective actions (e.g.

via change-management);

DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS:

Proven expert knowledge and excellent comprehension of: Vehicle functions, HV system (energy storage, driveline, power electronics, converter, charger, fuel-cell, auxiliaries, power-take-off), its behaviour, properties and functionalities (e.g.

energy/power/torque, thermal, safety, electromagnetic compatibility, acoustics and vibrations); Energy and power management at system level; E/E architecture; Functional design and integration of software, validation and sign-off on a system level; Key activities related to hard & software series development of HV systems; V-Model development process, its phases and gateways.

  • Electronic circuits and HV electric/electronic schematics.
  • Requirements/standards for homologation and product conformity/liability.
  • CAN bus network management and standards (CAN 2.0 b, SAE J1939, ISOBUS ISO as well as LIN communication protocol.
  • E/E component interfaces (analogue, digital, PWM, H bridge).
Basic knowledge on functional safety (ISO26262, ISO13849 and ISO15998) and safety culture in general (identification and analysis of risks).

Capability to interact with suppliers and centre of competence roles for specific HV components and sub-systems.
