Warehouse Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the warehouse operates efficiently, with a focus on quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and monitor operational goals to optimize warehouse performance
• Supervise, organize and train warehouse staff to ensure seamless operations
• Develop and implement operating systems to control product handling, storage, equipment usage, inventory, door flow and shipping methods
• Manage the warehouse team to resolve daily operational challenges and achieve short- and long-term performance goals
• Supervise day-to-day operations, controlling and managing inventory and logistics
• Study workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations and equipment layouts to meet company standards for productivity, quality and customer service
• Manage international shipments of plants in foreign geographical areas
• Ensure a safe and healthy working environment

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Engineering or Economics
• At least 3 years of experience in a warehouse role managing hourly employees
• Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Data analysis skills
• Excellent relational skills with a focus on team management
• Good knowledge of English
