How you'll live your ambition:


From our offices in Genoa, as a
Cruise Expert, you will play a pivotal role in implementing our sales strategy through international interactions and delivering outstanding performance and exceeding targets.


  • Demonstrate your passion_
  • You will delivering exceptional service that exceeds expectations and leaves the first impression as a representative of Costa.
You strive to build an efficient telephone consultancy to customers and sale of services.

  • You are able to achieve sales results in proactive and energetic way through your influencing and communication skills.
  • You are accountable for troubleshooting and for building genuine relationships with the public.
What makes you unique

  • You have a previous experience in similar role or in the hospitality/tourism sector.
  • You hold an academic background or a diploma in Economics or Linguistics.
  • You have a solid sales background and you are driven by results and a goaloriented mindset
  • You have excellent communication skills, and you are able to speak English.
- you are available to work on rotating shifts between Monday and Saturday (full time)

  • You are a real team player, talented in organizing, prioritizing and maintain the focus on customers.
