Do you want to play an important role in transforming how cars are traded in the future?

We are looking for a new colleague to join us in the role as
Automotive Auction Specialist (m/f/d)
for Italy. The position will be based at our office in Padova.

About The Role
On AutoProff many cars are published every day from Italian dealers. And traded across EU. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring auctions and platform success.

You will be working in team with Sales and Customer Support to ensure one voice approach to the customers.

Let's Dive Into Your Key Responsibilities

• Be a point of reference for our customers all along the way during the auction process.
• Ensure that auction prices are defined as quickly and accurately as possible for the best success of the platform.
• Daily monitor the progress of the auctions in order to optimize transactions on the platform.
• Work in Team with your teammates to ensure you do achieve together challenging operational targets (# of cars on auction, # of cars sold, % of Sales Rate, # of bids, etc.).
• Support and manage customer complaints in coordination and collaboration with the various Teams involved.

The Need-to-have Skills

• Knowledge of the automotive market (makes, models, prices, etc.).
• Preferred background in the Automotive market (dealerships or automakers or consulting firms specializing in the field).
• A systematic and analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Good time management skills and strong propensity for teamwork.
• Good communication skills, and fluent in English
• Really enjoy championing a truly productive team spirit

You will thrive in this role if you

• Have experience in price definition in the automotive space.
• Have previous experience in customer facing operational roles.
• Are goal-oriented and ambitious and want to further develop your experience and competencies.
• Thrive in a dynamic work environment with high pace and high energy.
• No ego in the room but think team.
