- Gestione degli Ordini
- Coordinarsi con i clienti interni (Account Manager, Client Service Manager, Project Head, ...)
- Coordinarsi con le funzioni interne (Accounting, HR, Controlling, Procurement, ...)
- Mantenere aggiornata la documentazione dell'Ufficio
- Aggiornamento portali clienti
- Predisposizione CV su template specifici cliente
- Documentazione per richieste utenze
- Predisposizione verbali accettazione attività
- Abilità relazionali di buon livello
- Capacità di lavorare in Team
- Capacità analitiche e di sintesi dei dati
- Conoscenza approfondita di strumenti di reporting (pacchetto Office)
