Job summary
The position will be part of the F&B Front department responsible for supervising shifts permanent staff and extra staff rotating between different outlets and banquets based on shift schedule ensuring optimum service guest needs are met supporting Department Managers in daily operations inspecting grooming attire staff rectifying deficiencies completing opening closing duties setting up necessary supplies tools cleaning all equipment areas locking doors etc monitoring dining rooms seating availability service safety well being guests complete work orders maintenance repairs assisting management hiring training scheduling evaluating counseling disciplining motivating coaching employees serving as first point contact Guarantee Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process following company safety security policies procedures reporting accidents injuries unsafe conditions manager maintaining confidentiality proprietary information protecting company assets welcoming acknowledging guests according to company standards anticipating addressing guests service needs assisting individuals disabilities thanking guests genuine appreciation developing positive working relationships others listening responding appropriately concerns employees ensure adherence quality expectations standards identifying recommending implementing new ways increase organizational efficiency productivity quality safety cost-savings reading visually verifying information various formats visually inspecting tools equipment machines performing other reasonable job duties requested Supervisors.
