Etex are seeking a Quality Manager to join the Operations team of Promat Italy, based in Filago plant.


What you'll do

  • Ensure that the Quality Management System is updated in terms of documentation and specifications for products, processes and regulations
  • Define the Management Review, the Register of Qualified Suppliers and the Analysis of the Context
  • Manage the certification of the Quality Management System, the product certifications and related audits and relationships with certification bodies
  • Define the specifications, methods and frequencies of analysis and control of the quality of products and raw materials, based on applicable regulations and certifications
  • Manage quality complaints, in collaboration with Customer Care and Sales, evaluate costs, causes and corrective actions with involved functions
  • Define and prepare recipes and methods of preparation of products and define the approved raw materials based on Group laboratories tests
  • Prepare the technical documentation (eg technical data sheets, test reports, etc.) and related updates based on applicable directives and the manage the communications with the Product Managers and Group laboratories
  • Ensure that quality control is carried out in compliance with current regulations and certifications
  • Ensure that monitoring and measurement tools used in the organization are in accordance with internal procedures and any applicable rule

What you'll bring

  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in quality management roles is required, preferably in industrial sites
  • Excellent organizational savvy & project management skills
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 (preferably also ISO OSHAS 18001 standards)
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
- knowledge of SAP and CRM
- ambitious, motivated and results-driven
- scientific and analytical approach, statistic skills, attention to detail
