    We are looking for a motivated candidate eager to start a learning and development path in Controlling within a dynamic and international environment, actively contributing to analysis activities and supporting business decision-making processes.

    The selected candidate will join the Finance team and report directly to the Business & Commercial Controlling Lead.

    If you have recently graduated in Economic or if you will graduate in 2026 and are looking to start your career in Controlling, this is the right opportunity for you.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support in the preparation of monthly internal reporting;
    • Support in the preparation and submission of the monthly forecast to HQ;
    • Support in tender profitability analysis;
    • Support in the creation and maintanance of Power BI reports;
    • Contribute to the implementation and improvement of the local cost center structure;
    • Cooperate with EMEA Finance colleagues;
    • Support financial analysis activities and company performance monitoring.

    This experience will provide the opportunity to gain insight into key planning and controlling processes and to interact with various stakeholders in an international environment.

    Requirements

    • Degree in Economics (graduated or graduating in 2026), preferably with a specialization in Planning & Control;
    • Good aptitude for IT systems (knowledge of Power BI);
    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
    • Native speaker or fluent in Italian;
    • Good English language skills (minimum level B2);
    • Strong analytical skills;
    • Agile mindset and problem-solving attitude;
    • Proactive approach and ability to work effectively in a team.
