We are looking for a Process Technician to join our team of professionals In this role you'll operate with the equipment and keep the machinery in excellent working order.

Your responsibilities will include various tasks such as identifying errors that may arise during the work process and how to correct them, while keeping up the relevant documentation of the machines.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Implement safety improvements with the safety coordinator
Assist with all lost time incidents and reporting, including root cause analysis and corrective actions
Maintain ERP system BOMs routings and standard times
Define standard work and standard operating procedures, support the team to create and update new SOPs
Implement qualityrelated improvements in production (fixturing & tooling etc.)
Working alongside industrial engineers to implement designs that allow them to use materials, machines and even personnel as effectively as possible
Preparing equipment and machinery layouts, planning workflows and analyzing data like production costs
Troubleshooting problems, making adjustments and performing routine maintenance tasks
Providing technical support to all projects, performing root cause analysis and work to reduce any defects
Analyze all relevant data and use it to improve the processes of the work environment.

What you'll need to succeed:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering related discipline or similar experience
Awareness of modern manufacturing methods and tools
Technical understanding of manufactured products and their functionality
Good cooperations skills with internal and external parties
Good English language skills, bothw written and spoken
Analytical approach
