What we are looking forFor our Regional HQ based in Milan, we are currently looking for a

Planning & Control Specialist to join the EMEA team.

The Planning & Control function determines long and short-term financial goals, outlining the company's financial direction and expectations and predicting financial outcomes.

You will work in a truly fast-paced international environment in a business constantly evolving, where you will be part of a new challenge with great empowerment and growth opportunities.


Main activities and responsibilities:
The


EMEA Planning & Control Specialist will support the EMEA Finance team in the following activities:

  • Monthly, Quarterly and Annual consolidated closing analysis
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Cost controlling
  • Provide support to the EMEA countries in all the financial topics

Skills and Experiences:

  • Graduate in Economics or related fields
years' experience in a similar role (a previous experience in multinational companies, consulting and/or retail companies will be considered a plus)

  • Strong numerical and analytical understanding and capabilities
  • Tools: deep knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is mandatory.
  • Exceptional attention to details and demonstrated ability to set priorities and manage a variety of tasks
  • Positive and proactive attitude, with the ability to work autonomously, as well as with a team
  • Availability for career development abroad within the Group
  • Fluent in English
