Future Manager World, è una Born Global Company che opera in 40 paesi nell'ambito della Consulenza HR.Il progetto di sviluppo aziendale in ambito BtoB market, oggi, richiede il potenziamento delle attività di Marketing, Comunicazione e Branding sia a livello Globale che Locale attraverso l'inserimento di un Operational Marketing and Communication Internal Advisor.
Il modello di Business è Global Client Oriented, il posizionamento è quello di HR Global Advisor, la missione è chiara e definita.
Il profilo che stiamo ricercando si caratterizza per una forte passione per le tematiche di innovazione dei processi di marketing, è naturalmente portato/a per la relazione con i clienti, e soprattutto è capace di adottare soluzioni di comunicazione idonee al modello di business di FMW.
I principali task sono previsti sono:
· Supporto all'area sales nell'alimentazione, analisi e sviluppo strategie CRM efficaci per migliorare la gestione dei dati dei clienti, ottimizzazione campagne di marketing, analisi del funnel di vendita e soprattutto la generazione di Leads
· Progettazione, monitoraggio ed ottimizzazione operazioni di Customer Management e Marketing Operativo finalizzate allo sviluppo, al mantenimento nonché alla fidelizzazione della customer base
· Progettazione e realizzazione digital campaigns di lancio e posizionamento prodotto e/o di brand awareness, attraverso strumentazione SEM e Email Marketing.
· Partecipazione al consolidamento dell'immagine aziendale
· Monitoraggio e analisi del mercato e della concorrenza
· Partecipazione attiva a client meeting in supporto alla direzione aziendale
· Predisposizione e gestione di tutto il materiale marketing e comunicazione (eventualmente anche con supporto di agenzie esterne)
· Gestione della comunicazione esterna, ed interna.
Sede di lavoro: Milano.
Rapporto di collaborazione: Consulenza con Partita Iva.
Requisiti:
- Laurea Magistrale preferibilmente ad indirizzo Marketing
- Passione ed interesse per il Marketing Operativo e la Comunicazione.
- Esperienza pregressa di almeno 2 anni nella funzione di aziende di servizi, o consulenza, possibilmente a stretto contatto con la forza vendita ed i clienti B2B.
- Conoscenza della strumentazione SEM, dei software di email marketing e dei software CRM.
- Capacità analitiche e competenze nell'interpretare i dati per sviluppare strategie di marketing mirate.
- Inglese fluente (C1-C2).
- Capacità di gestione progetti in ambienti complessi e di coordinamento progetti in team (interni all'azienda ed eventualmente con supporto di fornitori esterni).
