Your Role
Your Impact

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive ecommerce strategy to drive sales, increase customer engagement, and enhance the online shopping experience.
  • Analyze website traffic and sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Manage the daytoday operations of the ecommerce platform, including catalog and stock management, pricing strategies, and website maintenance.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create effective online campaigns and promotions that drive traffic and conversion.
  • Oversee the customer funnel from demand generation to conversion, ensuring a seamless and efficient shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth postsales operations, including customer service, shipping, and returns.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
About You

  • Proven experience managing a complex ecommerce platform, preferably in a multilanguage and multicountry context.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret digital data and make datadriven decisions.
  • Experience with consumer funnels, from demand generation to postsales operations.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead crossfunctional teams.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
