Through our solar division, we operate in the development, investment, construction and operation of photovoltaic plants and the supply of green electricity and advanced energy solutions for our customers in Europe (Italy, Spain, Germany and Poland).

Mission:

As a Renewable Energy Lawyer, you support the project managers in studying the legal feasibility of the different projects and their legal security with the owners

You will report to International Legal and Purchasing Manager, your main missions will be:

Define the appropriate legal agreements for securing land plots and ensure their bankability.
Draft and negotiate lease and land acquisition contracts
Will advise internal departments on land matters, particularly on urban planning law, real estate law and environmental law
Identify and seek external advice on specific security points and/or for carrying out contact audits

- prepare and negotiate various commercial agreements related to prospecting and obtaining control of land

Monitor the legislation on renewable energies in Italy, and help the Italian team and other departments within the group to comply and adapt legal and business practices with said regulations in Italy
You will work and collaborate with the teams located in Montpellier (France) in the performance of their missions and the company (project development director and legal director).

Profil:

Education : lawyer with 5 years' eduction (Master's degree/LLM), specialised in Public law and/or Private law (urban law, environemental law, real estate law)
Experience required : 3 years' experience as an inhouse legal counsel, or at a law firm, including 1 year experience minimum in the field of Renewable Energy.
Languages : Excellent English (C2 or C1), French and other languages are appreciated

This position can be located in Milan or Rome
