In order to further achieve our growth objective, we are looking for a Customer Service Assistant, based within our European team in Concorezzo, Italy.

This is a Full time job, offered with a temporary contract of 1 year (to be reviewed). We do offer hybrid working, with 2 days remote work - 3 days in presence.


JOB DESCRIPTION:

AMAZON SUPPORT


Order entry, back order control, Amazon store management, Loading Amazon products and A+ pages, price management, daily and punctual shipment control Amazon, Vine, Born to Run, price difference disputes (resulting in credit note), disputes and chargeback management (resulting in credit note).


GENERAL SERVICES


Management Services General Office, Purchase of various materials for Office, Requests/Shipping samples/catalogs (pre-selection influencers/agents/customers), organization canvass, (hotels, flights, restaurants etc...), reception packages (samples showroom)fairs, corporate travel.


CUSTOMER SERVICE:
(management of goods shortages, anomalies, breakages, non-delivery, stocks), Trade and consumers.


OTHER DUTIES:
- order entry
- logistic discrepancy management
- backorder daily check

  • Price list update in the system
  • Management of credit notes
