- Bachelor's degree and any specific master's degree;
- Fluent English;
- Working experience of at least 3/4 years in the sector;
- Experience in Catering;
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, both oral and written;
- Predisposition for a commercial approach;
- Respect for deadlines;
- Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends in conjunction with events required;
- Smart Working 1 day a week;
- Problem-solving orientation;
- Ability to work in a team, even in complex situations with tight deadlines, is required;
- Stress management.
