    Basic tasks:

    • Organising catering tasks for a given event
    • Preparation of a resource schedule
    • Planning and managing the human and material resources budget
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the various teams
    • Manage the human resources, staffing of teams, management of staff and staffing of teams
    • Monitoring compliance with hygiene, safety and quality standards
    • Participating in the development of a qualified supplier system
    • Involved in the development of menus, menus, in conjunction with the sales department, in the pricing of products
    • Liaising with suppliers
    • Managing purchases



    Organising events:

    • Coordinating F&B services
    • Organising the provision of appropriate infrastructure and equipment

    Operational and organisational:

    • Ensuring the delivery of events to the highest possible quality, on time and on budget, providing a high level of service to the client

    • Providing external or internal clients with full information on the services provided in the F&B area

    • Monitoring and controlling profitability of services
    • Preparation of an operational schedule for each event



    Liaising with clients:

    • Providing expertise and experience to the client throughout the process
    • Provide on-the-spot contact with the client
    • Advises the client, informs and warns him/her in advance of any risks or problems
    • Ensures communication and an appropriate flow of information between the client and the various departments of the company.
    • Bachelor's degree and any specific master's degree;
    • Fluent English;
    • Working experience of at least 3/4 years in the sector;
    • Experience in Catering;
    • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, both oral and written;
    • Predisposition for a commercial approach;
    • Respect for deadlines;
    • Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends in conjunction with events required;
    • Smart Working 1 day a week;
    • Problem-solving orientation;
    • Ability to work in a team, even in complex situations with tight deadlines, is required;
    • Stress management.
