- Supervisionare le attività di un team di operatori di linea per garantire che i piani di produzione siano soddisfatti in termini di volume, costi e qualità;
- Determinare i carichi delle macchine e degli operatori;
- Monitorare le attività produttive ed intervenire per modifiche e variazioni dei programmi di produzione, in relazione a priorità tecnico-produttive e/o eventuali imprevisti;
- Analisi problematiche ricorrenti con definizione di un piano di miglioramento;
- Rispondere alle richieste più complesse da parte degli operatori di linea e verificare la qualità del loro lavoro;
- Supervisionare, istruire e guidare gli operatori, assegnare priorità e attività per garantire che le risorse del team vengano utilizzate in modo efficace, i programmi di lavoro siano soddisfatti e gli obiettivi (di qualità, sicurezza, produzione ed efficienza) siano raggiunti;
- Concorrere, in rapporto con gli altri uffici aziendali, al miglioramento degli standards qualitativi, produttivi e di processo;
- Affronta con tempestività le anomalie, le criticità ed i problemi che possono aver generato criticità, NC e situazioni di fuori controllo;
- Monitora l'avanzamento della produzione, verificando che i lanci effettuati rispettino il tempo di attraversamento previsto e l'andamento dei KPI del turno / giorno e tenendo informato il Planner e il Responsabile di Produzione sulla stima / previsione dei tempi dei lanci. Mantiene stretto contatto con la Logistica per la movimentazione dei materiali (tempi, quantità, modalità di alimentazione delle linee, riconsegna prodotti finiti).

- Supervise the activities of a team of line operators to ensure production plans are met in terms of volume, cost and quality;
- Define the loads of the machines and operators;
- Monitor production activities and intervene for changes and variations in production programs, in relation to technical-production priorities and/or any unforeseen events;
- Analysis of recurring problems with definition of an improvement plan;
- Respond to the most complex requests from line operators and verify the quality of their work;
- Supervise, coach and guide operators, assign priorities and tasks to ensure team resources are used effectively, work programs are met and objectives (quality, safety, production and efficiency) are achieved;
- Contribute, in connection with other functions, to the improvement of quality, production and process standards;
- Promptly address anomalies, critical issues and problems that may have generated critical issues, NC and out-of-control situations;
- Monitor production progress, verifying that the launches carried out respect the expected throughput time and the trend of the day shift KPIs and keeping the Planner and Production Manager informed on the estimate/forecast of launch times. Maintain close contact with Logistics for the handling of materials (times, quantities, methods of feeding the lines, delivery of finished products).
