multinational company operating in the
medical devices and
resuscitation sector, is searching for a:

TERRITORY MANAGER EMS - CENTRAL/SOUTHERN ITALY

The role:

The EMS Italy territory manager is responsible for achieving territory sales share by increasing penetration of products and services into existing accounts and conversion of new accounts, controlling expenses and contributing to teh company's profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the companyl in becoming the leading provider of resuscitation solutions in the Italian prehospital market;
Implement sales and marketing strategies to maximise potential in the EMS market segment;
Achieve sales, pricing and market share targets for the EMS segment;
Modelling company values, ensuring team alignment;
Develop strong working relationships with key opinion leaders in the EMS market;
Adequate weekly sales reports and provide monthly reports to management;
Adaptation to CRM and reporting systems;
Modelling company values, ensuring team alignment;
Responsible for maintaining and monitoring demo inventory and evaluation.

Requirements:

Relevant Bachelor's degree and experience selling capital devices;
Clinical education, e.g. paramedical experience would be advantageous;
Persuasion and influencing skills;
Sales closing and negotiation;
Experience using CRM systems is advantageous;
Familiarity with strategic account management;
Fluency in Italian and strong English skills;
Willing to travel 70% to customers (car provided).
