Initiatives Director
We're excited to announce an opening for an Initiatives Director to join our Personal Care EMEA & NA organization.

This role provides a unique opportunity to drive innovation, enhance operational efficiency, and help deliver project initiatives that fuel our growth through preparing, executing, and delivering all the projects and initiatives for our sites.

About the Role

As the Initiatives Director, your core responsibilities involve supporting the factories in preparation, execution, and delivery of projects and initiatives within the regional portfolio.

You'll be instrumental in resource planning, defining scopes, and executing projects with the goal of achieving "Manufacturing Readiness excellence". Moreover, you'll coordinate the Initiative Managers Pillar, identify cost-saving opportunities, and foster organizational growth through tailored training programs.

A vital part of your role will be to establish the "First Time Right Initiative Excellence" roadmap across multiple factories, develop capacity expansion programs for Personal Care in EMEA & NA and identify and support cost savings opportunities in support of the business.

What You Will Do

Foster seamless collaboration and strong relationships at all levels within Technology, sites, Product Management, regional Sales & Marketing organizations, Brand, Innovation & Sustainability, and other support teams.
Serve as the main point of contact for all Projects and Champs connected functions at Personal Care sites.
Seek opportunities to optimize Personal Care business.
Align product strategies with Product Supply and local Critical Business Needs (CBN)
Implement initiative management standards and drive capability building across the organization.
Act as a safety and quality consciousness role model, providing support and coaching to Site Initiatives Managers.
Develop strategies and tools to improve the efficiency project and initiative executions.
Propose and support strategically sound capex investments.

Who You Are

Hold a University Degree in Science, Physics, Chemistry, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
Have previous experience in Operations/Site Management roles (preferred).
Experienced in CAPEX projects realization.
Possess commercial and financial knowledge.
Have a deep understanding of the entire endtoend Supply Chain with strong examples of building successful crossfunctional collaborations.
Demonstrate experience in stakeholder management and working in international/global assignments (preferred).
Connect goals and objectives with clear strategies and measurable results.
Possess high energy, inspirational, empathetic leadership style capable of building trust and creating personal relationships.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills with all levels and stakeholders and ability to adapt to differing leadership styles.
Display customer and results orientation with entrepreneurial and commercial thinking.
Have the ability to manage high levels of complexity and multiple stakeholders effectively.
Show readiness to manage and lead change through commitment to our Beliefs and Behaviors
Be prepared to travel up to 50% of the time.
