Descrizione del Ruolo
Singtel cerca un
Technical Service Manager
per guidare la consegna end-to-end di servizi telco e ICT, garantendo che siano forniti in tempo, entro budget e secondo gli SLA concordati. Il ruolo richiede leadership strategica e operativa nella gestione di progetti e servizi, con focus sull'eccellenza operativa, la qualità del servizio e il miglioramento continuo.
Responsabilità Principali
Gestione della Consegna dei Servizi
Supervisione dell'intero ciclo di vita dei servizi telco e ICT (rete fissa, cloud, cybersecurity, managed services, unified communications).
Gestione delle relazioni con i clienti chiave, escalation, governance e soddisfazione SLA.
Promozione di una cultura orientata al cliente e alla qualità del servizio.
Gestione Progetti
Coordinamento di progetti di provisioning, rollout di rete, trasformazione ICT, onboarding servizi e migrazioni clienti.
Applicazione di framework standard di project management (Waterfall, Agile, Ibrido).
Monitoraggio rischi, costi, scadenze e intervento proattivo su progetti critici.
Gestione Operativa dei Servizi
Implementazione di processi ITIL / ISO 20000: Incident, Problem, Change, Release e Service Level Management.
Preparazione operativa per nuovi servizi e transizione da progetto a BAU (Business as Usual).
Supervisione modelli di supporto 24/7 e ottimizzazione SLA e MTTR.
Governance, Rischio e Compliance
Creazione di framework di governance e reporting.
Gestione della compliance normativa e della sicurezza dei dati.
Monitoraggio delle performance di vendor e partner e gestione di audit.
Gestione Finanziaria e Commerciale
Responsabilità dei budget di servizio, previsione costi e iniziative di ottimizzazione.
Supporto a pre-sales e offerte, definizione di modelli di delivery, stime di costo e analisi dei rischi.
Leadership e Sviluppo del Team
Gestione e sviluppo di team di project e service management ad alte prestazioni.
Pianificazione successioni, formazione e sviluppo competenze in cloud, cybersecurity e servizi digitali.
Promozione di collaborazione, responsabilità e miglioramento continuo.
Competenze Richieste
Laurea in Telecomunicazioni, IT, Business o discipline correlate.
15+ anni di esperienza in service delivery telco/ICT, di cui almeno 5 in ruoli senior.
Solida esperienza nella gestione di progetti complessi e portafogli di servizi.
Conoscenza di ITIL, ISO 20000, PMP, PRINCE2 e metodologie Agile.
Esperienza in gestione budget, ottimizzazione costi e iniziative a supporto dei ricavi.
Ottime capacità di gestione stakeholder e presentazioni a livello executive. xkiyazw
