Johnson&Johnson ricerca un **PRODUCT MANAGER **per l'area PAH (IPERTENSIONE ARTERIOSA POLMONARE)

Riportando al Business Unit Lead di riferimento il PM avrà le seguenti responsabilità:

- Contribuire, guidando il team cross funzionale, alla definizione delle strategie e all'implementazione delle tattiche del brand plan
- Definire e gestire la comunicazione di prodotto in una logica di multicanalità
- Sviluppare i materiali promozionali in allineamento con le strategie EMEA
- Analizzare i principali trend di mercato, patients journey e needs, definendo minacce, opportunità e fonti di business
- Interagire con gli stakeholders di riferimento e, attraverso una solida conoscenza delle dinamiche competitive e del contesto esterno, definire modalità di ingaggio specifiche e differenti
- Supportare il BU Lead nelle attività connesse al CVT (Country Value Team)
- Interagire con la Field Force, comprendendo le necessità del cliente interno, e supportandolo con soluzioni specifiche
- Garantire, nel rispetto della pianificazione, le OPEX assegnate

**Qualifications**:

- Laurea in discipline economiche o scientifiche
- Pregressa esperienza di 3 anni in ambito commerciale (Sales or Marketing) in aree specialistiche
- Pregressa esperienza nel ruolo sarà considerato un nice to have
- Una pregressa esperienza nell'ambito delle malattie rare costituisce un requisito preferenziale

Conoscenze linguistiche: Inglese - Fluent

- Mentalità imprenditoriale e alto livello di energia
- Capacità di lavorare in autonomia con un forte approccio "can do"

- Capacità di lavorare in una struttura a matrice
- Capacità di gestire la complessità

La posizione è basata a Milano e richiede circa un 30% di tempo speso sul campo/ in attività fuori sede
