Job summary
We are seeking an R&D Engineer to join our team in Rome, Italy. As a key member of our Cross Functional Team (CFT), you will be responsible for developing new and innovative champion tires by combining new technologies with existing ones.This is a full-time position that requires a Master's degree in Mechanical/Aeronautic Engineering or related field and upper intermediate level of English language proficiency.
The successful candidate will have experience in R&D, preferably in tire development and new technology development. They must also have innovation-oriented mindset both technically and process-wise,
- Develop new Mold and construction by combination of NTs,
- Work Cross functionally within R&D ,
