We are looking for highly motivated individuals for the role of:

Technical After-Sales Automotive (English Language) - Protected Category

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the quality and service standards of the technical support team in claims processing.

Activities:

• Management and analysis of technical support tickets (1st level help desk).
• Support in the implementation of practices to improve the operational efficiency of processes.
• Review of warranty claims.
• Ongoing interface with dealers in the field and remotely.
• Creation and review of monthly reports.
• Creation and management of team performance and process reports.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the automotive/motorcycle industry.
• Mandatory knowledge of English language (at least B2).
• Knowledge of automotive components (related to engine; injections; electrical components).
• Knowledge of technical documentation.
• Good knowledge of the English language.

Contract:

• Retribution and placement will be evaluated according to the actual skills of the resource, offering a contract commensurate with experience.
• Working tools.
