Purpose of the job:

Drive the execution of project with low criticality, according to contractual requirements and customer expectations, to maximize the results with respect to cash and margin whilst delivering on time, in conformity with Alstom project management and execution processes.

Main Responsability:

Contribute to successful Project execution on allocated subsystem scope of work;
Actively contribute to Project performance;
Alert in case of deviations impacting project objectives;
Ensure compliance with applicable rules, instructions and standards, process & tools: Code of Ethics & Compliance, EHS, Railway Safety, Quality, Sourcing, PMM;
Lead and coordinate subsystem activities and stakeholders, from requirement capture/analysis to the end of project contractual obligations limited the subsystem scope of work;
Achieve QCDP objectives of its subsystem;
Cascade and allocate subsystem requirements and QCDP objectives to subsystem team members;
Plan, monitor, control and manage subsystem end to end activities (scope, schedule, resources, cost, risks, saving, opportunities);
Coordinate and synchronize subsystem activities with other subsystems and project teams;
Actively contribute to the resolution of overarching/transverse optimizations or issues;
Manage interface with project level team members & project office.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Management Engineering (or equivalent);
Project management skills and processes;
Good communication skills and ability to manage internal and external stakeholders;
Ability to manage customer relationship;
Fluent in English and level language.
