- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines to ingest, process, and transform data from various sources
- Implement data modeling best practices using tools like DBT to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Optimize data pipelines for performance, reliability, and scalability
- Contribute to the design and implementation of data lakehouse architectures and data streaming solutions
- Work with OLAP databases and technologies such as Trino for efficient data querying and analysis
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing data infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in the field of data engineering and analytics
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in designing and building data pipelines using technologies such as Airflow, Snowflake, and DBT
- Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and experience with implementing data modeling solutions
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational and non-relational databases
- Familiarity with data lakehouse architectures and modern data engineering best practices
- Knowledge of OLAP databases and experience with tools like Trino (formerly Presto) is a plus
- Experience with data streaming technologies and real-time data processing
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
