Description & RequirementsWe have an exciting opportunity for a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist taking care of our Italy business The role is based in Milan and reports into the Head of People & Performance Italy with a dotted line to the Head of Talent Acquisition Europe and Pacific Developed Markets (EPDM).
In this role, your main mission is the crafting and safeguarding of the KHC culture through attracting, hiring and onboarding the right candidates for the Milan commercial business.
This includes the full recruitment cycle, from talent sourcing to hiring and onboarding. Building, planning, and implementing a strong employer brand and talent pipelining strategy is part of your scope.Being the go-to person for the business, you have weekly alignment with senior team members in the business and have alignment on topics related to talent planning.

Recruitment: Full ownership of the recruitment cycle for Italy, starting from the hiring manager kick-off (what are we looking for?) to sourcing and selecting through interviewing and hiring.
Guardian of the inclusive hiring process and further development of our diversity agenda from external talent attraction perspectiveTogether with the full EPDM Talent Acquisition team, support in the Trainee Program RecruitmentFull owner of the internship recruitment (Young Talent Program)Employer BrandingResponsible for employer branding for Italy region, starting with setting up a local EB strategy and any (creative) methods to enhance engagement with Kraft Heinz.
Full owner of University Relations in Italy, including career fairs, company presentations and organization of inhouse days.TrainingTraining of (new) managers on the Inclusive Hiring process and interviewing skillsQualificationsHard Skills & Capabilities Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.
Bachelor's degree or higher2-3 year's demonstrable experience in recruitment in a fast paced, dynamic environment, preferably as an Agency recruiterAbility to build relationships with internal and external partners.
Listening and understanding the need and build a clear action plan towards success.Previous experience with Employer Branding and University Relations is a plusFluent proficiency in English and Italian is mandatory.
