- Assicurarsi della conformità delle forniture delle merci di natura elettronica
- Dare supporto a temi di produzione elettronica in ambito qualitativo, interfacciandosi coi vari enti coinvolti (R&D, Manufacturing, Purchasing).
- Interfacciarsi con i fornitori per discutere le varie problematiche/non conformità.
- Condurre analisi metallografiche principalmente in ambito elettronico.
- Condurre analisi in merito a contaminazioni su circuiti stampati e assemblati elettronici (TIC).
- Conoscenza diretta di strumentazione elettronica (oscilloscopio, ponte RLC, generatori di segnali, ...)
- Conoscenza della strumentazione di laboratorio metallografico (lapidelli, conduttimetri, micorscopi, ...)
- Conoscenza dei processi della produzione elettronica (assemblaggio di componenti su PCB) secondo IPC-A-610 e standard JEDEC per la saldabilità.
- Conoscenza della metallografia in ambito elettronico (sezioni e analisi sui PCB e altri componenti elettronici).

Compiti
Il/La candidato/a farà parte del Quality Control Department e sarà coinvolto/a nel processo di controllo della qualità di fornitura e del processo produttivo. Il ruolo prevede la collaborazione con gli altri dipartimenti dell'azienda.

Sono richieste le seguenti conoscenze:
Si richiedono, inoltre, la conoscenza degli strumenti del pacchetto Microsoft Office, in particolare Excel, Power Point e Outlook. La conoscenza del software gestionale SAP e delle transazioni QM costituisce un plus.
Nell'ambito dell'attività la figura sarà formata in funzione del gap esistente sia sulle metodiche sia sulle conoscenze strumentali che sulle tecnologiche. Per la formazione si privilegerà l'affiancamento, ove non possibile saranno proposti corsi di formazione professionale.
