Webuild is looking for an
M&A Asset Management and Corporate Development Manager to help evaluate investment opportunities to accelerate growth through mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, restructuring, re-organizations.

Main Responsibilities:

Identifying and assessing investment opportunities across existing and new / adjacent markets;
Supporting throughout all phases of due diligence process, coordinating both with other internal departments and external advisors;
Creating and maintaining updated financial model for potential targets, mastering sensitivity and scenario analysis;
Preparing executive level strategic and financial presentations for executive review meetings / investment committees;
Supporting integration efforts for acquisitions in collaboration with other internal departments;
Mapping and monitoring M&A transactions to facilitate market understanding.

Required Skills:

-
Previous 5/7 years of experience in M&A boutique;

Degree in Management, Business Administration, Finance or Accounting, Industrial Engineering with major in Finance;
Sound knowledge of financial analysis, valuation, corporate finance and business law;
Exceptional financial modeling skills;

Exceptional; Power point presentation skills

English fluent both written and oral, an additional language will be considered a plus.

Ability to work in team in a flexible and proactive way.
