Job summary
We are looking for a Junior Designer to join our Design team and support throughout the entire footwear collection development process.Responsibilities
- Support the product design process for footwear collections including market research concept development sketching spec sheets fittings
- Conduct in-depth research on global trends materials leathers fabrics colors and construction techniques
- Create and develop mood boards and concept presentations
- Produce technical drawings fashion illustrations Participate in fittings product reviews ensuring design intent fit quality Visit liaise with suppliers factories Organize archive manage design materials references Collaborate cross-functional teams alignment across design production Profile Minimum 2 years experience similar role luxury women shoe brand Strong ability conceptualize develop footwear line aligned brand identity Good knowledge footwear construction fit silhouettes materials colorways stitching techniques leathers trims Excellent illustration technical drawing skills Strong research mindset translate insights into concepts High attention detail refined sense modern aesthetics precision Proactive resourceful self-motivated comfortable working fast-paced multi-tasking environment Strong communication interpersonal skills Fluent Italian good knowledge English plus Education Degree Fashion Design
