Position Overview:

K ey responsibilities**- Collaborating to the trade union relations management, included setting up and conduct of trade union meetings and negotiations, according to the established guidelines and in compliance with the applicable legal framework and national and company collective agreements
- collaborating to company restructuring processes management from a labor law and trade union profile

Providing inhouse advice on labor and trade union law matters, providing qualified opinions in the event of legal, trade union and contractual problems and ensuring constant updating and study of regulatory and jurisprudential developments
Ensuring a timely examination and proper management of employment litigation, coordinating where requested, the intervention of external professionals
Ensuring the proper management of disciplinary initiatives, in compliance with applicable legal framework and company policies
Collaborating to the occupational health and safety fulfilments management for HR competence profiles

Skills & Experience

Indepth knowledge of labor and trade union law
Fluent knowledge of the English language
Previous work experience of 35 years in a equivalent position in banking sector companies
