This Opportunity:

LBS is seeking a full-time Human Resources Generalist in support of ATGHS.

Your Impact:


Performs human resources related duties at a professional level and may carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: employee relations, training, employment, affirmative action, recruiting, benefits and compensation, and employment equity programs.


  • Partners with employees and management to communicate various human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, and government regulations.
  • Participates in benefit administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, open enrollment communications, and reporting.
  • Experience with onboarding and supporting international employees and the local labor laws
  • Maintains and coordinates employee recognition programs.
  • Conducts exit interviews and analyzes data and makes recommendations to the management team for corrective action and continuous improvement.
  • Maintains Human Resource Information System records and other documentation as needed such as personnel files, disability files, medical files, training files, and safety related documentation.
  • Assists in the administration of the compensation program, helps to monitor performance appraisal process
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance, monitoring and updating I9 Employment Eligibility forms, maintains I9 files, and E-Verify compliant document.
  • Participates in department staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars as necessary.
  • Understand and abide by the standards set forth for ethical behavior and integrity as detailed in the Code of Business Conduct
  • Procedures for obtaining appropriate employment visas; and base access badges
  • Training on assignment orientation, leading tours of the facility, conducting debriefs on current state of the project, organizing general orientation to the worksite and key points of interest
  • Provide status updates to key members of management
  • Study and analyze onboarding process and subprocesses to identify opportunities for efficiency
  • Perform all other duties as prescribed by management and perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
  • Manages all Covid related tasks

Who You Are:


Required Qualifications

  • Must have computer skills and be able to operate a variety of computer programs.
  • Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently
  • Must maintain a valid driver's license from their home country with validity for 12 months from onsite employment date
  • Must maintain a valid passport from their home country with validity for 12 months from onsite employment date. Passport must have a minimum of 6 blank pages prior to OCONUS mobilization.
  • Must meet the host nation COVID19 entry requirements; COVID19 vaccination(s), fully inoculated and Booster.
  • Must be eligible and able to gain and maintain authorized entry onto pertinent military installations.

Additional Required Qualifications

  • Must have experience in a generalist role in a government contracting environment.
  • Must have the ability to work well and communicate well with all levels of employees is essential.
