Daze's mission is to simplify and make the charging of electric vehicles accessible to anyone.

Together we design charging systems for individuals and companies looking for the perfect balance between innovation and design.

Daze was born in 2016 from the intent of the two mechanical engineers Andrea Daminelli and Giacomo Zenoni to revolutionize the electric vehicle charging sector by creating the first prototype of conductive automatic charger:
DazePlug. Over the years Daze has evolved by marketing in various countries DazeBox and DazeMax, intelligent charging systems for electric vehicles,

setting itself the goal of expanding throughout Europe by 2024.

Your Role

As an Export Manager, you will be part of the Sales Department at Daze, working in an extremely dynamic, well-prepared, and challenging team consisting of 11 other industry professionals


Your responsibilities will include:


Actively promoting the company's products in the market by visiting customers, acquiring new clients, and maintaining relationships with existing ones in the United Arab Emirates region.

Contributing to the definition of the commercial plan for the assigned geographic area.

Participating in trade shows.

Expanding, creating, and managing the network of agents and distributors in the assigned geographic areas.


Your supervisor will be Lorenzo, one of the key figures at Daze who has been with the company since the beginning.

He founded the Commercial Department by himself and was its only member in the early days, driven solely by his confidence in the company.

It can be said that his gamble paid off:

now Lorenzo manages a team of more than 11 salespeople, each covering a different area of Italy, with pragmatism and efficiency.

Over the years, Lorenzo has learned to meticulously manage relationships with dealers and installers, but he has yet to take a break.

The Profile We'Re Looking For

A technical/electrical background is preferred.
Attitude towards international relations and willingness to travel.
Excellent communication skills.
Managerial and autonomous capabilities.
Fluent in English.
