La persona scelta collaborerà con il Risk & Compliance Manager supportandolo nelle attività in ambitoRisk and Compliance Mananagement.
Responsabilidades
- Supportare gli enti aziendali per capitolati offerte contratti accordi con partners commerciali quali ad es. cooperation agreements M.O.U. licence agreement confidentiality agreements consorzi litigations con clienti o partners commerciali e in particolar modo la Direzione Acquisti per la gestione dei fornitori e dei relativi claims;
- Verificare l'implementazione e uso/compliance delle Direttive e Linee Guida di Gruppo relativamente alle attività interne aziendali;
- Supportare l'analisi degli aspetti normativi applicabili ai contratti di acquisto e vendita.
