POSITION

Organize national/international shipments in consignment for High Jewellery items producing, verifying and updating the documentation required and coordinating logistic movements of items in consignment to support worldwide Bulgari events.
Provide Support to the distribution network and to the store, addressing and closing all local requests.
Fill in proper documentation (Carnet Ata, proforma and DDT) and followup on its renewal, track and archive all relevant administrative/transportation documents.
Monitor the High Jewellery consignment status and ensure documents update.
Manage relations with involved third parties (e.g. shipping agents, customs).
Issue commercial invoice (Inter Company and Third Parties) respecting legal, administrative and customs requirements.
Participate as a key user in the IT projects to implement new flows and functionalities in the systems.
Perform periodic reconciliations of Bulgari goods at external parties and with other Bulgari Companies.
Interact with internal clients (e.g. High Jewellery Sales, Business Unit, Stores) to update on shipment status, providing all needed information.
Analyze transportation costs and invoicing process, proposing improvements.

PROFILE

Qualifications / Professional Capabilities:

2 years' experience in a similar role
University degree in Economics, Statistics or Engineering
Strong digital competences and analytical skills
Advanced Excel skills, SAP/SD and Power BI
Fluency in Italian and English
Knowledge of administrative document management and international transportation rules (customs, IATA, etc.) will be considered as a plus
