    Polti S.p.A., azienda leader nella progettazione e produzione di elettrodomestici a vapore, cerca, per la sede di Bulgarograsso (CO), una risorsa da inserire in Stage / tirocinio extracurriculare / tirocinio curriculare all'interno del dipartimento e-Commerce che dovrà supportare le attività di sviluppo e di mantenimento dei siti web aziendali realizzando contenuti adatti alla comunicazione via web e alla promozione delle vendite e-commerce inizialmente per la sede spagnola e, successivamente, in base alle strategie aziendali . In particolare, in affiancamento all'e-Commerce Specialist, dovrà contribuire allo svolgimento delle seguenti attività:

    Prima di candidarsi per questo ruolo, la preghiamo di leggere le seguenti informazioni su questa opportunità, riportate di seguito.
    • Assistere nella gestione del catalogo prodotti: caricare nuovi SKU, ottimizzare titoli, descrizioni e immagini e garantire prezzi accurati.
    • Supportare le campagne promozionali: eseguire i programmi promozionali, aggiornare i banner e le pagine di destinazione del sito Web e monitorare le prestazioni promozionali.
    • Aiutare a mantenere il sito correttamente funzionante: eseguire controlli di routine del sito, verificare la presenza di collegamenti interrotti, controllare la velocità di caricamento della pagina e segnalare eventuali problemi agli sviluppatori.
    • Analizzare le metriche di base delle prestazioni: estrarre i dati di vendita, traffico e conversione;
    • Partecipare alla gestione dell'inventario: monitorare i livelli delle scorte, segnalare gli articoli in esaurimento e aiutare a coordinare le tempistiche di riordino con la catena di approvvigionamento.
    • Fornire supporto all'assistenza clienti: valutare le richieste dei clienti tramite chat o e-mail, inoltrare i problemi ai team pertinenti e documentare i temi di feedback comuni.

    REQUISITI :

    • Laurea o Master in comunicazione e marketing / discipline economiche;
    • Preferibile esperienza pregressa di stage in ambito e-commerce, marketing o comunicazione;
    • Conoscenza ottima delle lingue italiana ed inglese;
    • Volontà di apprendimento e crescita professionale, capacità di comunicazione e collaborazione, propensione a lavorare in ambienti dinamici e in continua evoluzione, proattività e spirito innovativo, capacità analitiche;
    • Saranno considerati dei plus la conoscenza delle piattaforme e-commerce Magento, Google Analytics, Google Ads, dei principali programmi di grafica (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator) e la conoscenza base dei linguaggi HTML e CSS;
    • Richiesta residenza in zone limitrofe.

    Si propone un tirocinio extracurriculare di 6 mesi, prorogabili di altri 6, oppure un tirocinio curriculare al fine del conseguimento della laurea. Si prevede, a fine tirocinio, un inserimento in azienda. xrdztoy
