About the job:

The Production Planner is customer focused and she/he also has a strong manufacturing approach.

She/he ensures the availability of all the finished goods and make sure they are ready to be distributed timely to customers according to the sales demand and the production constraints.

She/he minimizes the inventory level ensuring a high service level and provides timely the detailed production plans and the required information to the sales force.

She/he perfectly knows all the factories' routings and propose investments to make the production more flexible and reduce the production costs.


Tasks & Responsibilities:


  • Providing the production plans timely at item level according to the sales demand and the availability of finished goods
  • Liaising with manufacturing figuring out investments to make the production more flexible and reduce the production costs
  • Liaising with marketing and sales Departments in new projects related to new products and business development
  • Liaising with the IT department developing new tools
  • Taking part in the budget process providing a longterm overview and proposing new investments
  • Troubleshooting problems that occur during production, including quality issues, staff shortages and machinery malfunctions
  • Preparing reports about production processes and reliability for the management, proposing ways to improve the efficiency

Job Requirements:


  • Master's degree in management engineering (mechanical or similar)
  • Fluent in English language
  • Analytical and statistical skills
  • Ability to selfmotivate and work independently
  • Ability to see the big picture, provide solution, problem solver
  • Target oriented, planning skills and ability to follow up deliver results, meet deadlines
  • Ability to manage complexity and work under pressure
  • Leadership, proactive and collaborative approach
  • At least 2 years of experience in planning
  • Strong Proficiency in Excel
  • Curiosity & passion for Supply Chain environments
