Randstad Italia, divisione categorie protette (Specialty HOpportunities),seleziona per importante azienda internazionale operante nel settore delle telecomunicazioni, n.1 Field Specialist appartenente alle categorie protette art.1 legge 68/99 con ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese - per la sede di Roma (Laurentina).

Responsabilità

Activities:

Be responsible for the on-site roll out management, physical goods security, operation progress management and quality/EHS of field implementation work,including but not limited to the hardware installation of telecom equipment and its progress monitoring, Civil work construction and OSP implementation, and also need to help the subcontractors to complete the on-site work by following Huawei process requirement, such as materials site sign, site verify, site stocktaking and discrepancy handling on site.

Field Quality & Rollout management:

Through Quality Check PLAN and self-checking to the process quality inspection, check the subcontractor team qualification and field work standard, audit the quality of acceptance and ensure subcontractors carry on the field work according to the quality specification, Roll-out daily management to ensure timely competition of planned Sites to install and commission

Field Material management:

According to the installation plan to perform the on-site quality inspection, such as for outsourcingmaterials review of civil work, and supervise the subcontractor to complete the site sign after material delivery on site, and site verify after hardware installation finished, and also for the materials discrepancy handling, so as to ensure the on-site physical goods security;

Economics Management:
Manage both active and passive cycle, having a deep knowledge of customer and subcontractor price list and item SOW. Be responsible and keep under control project margin

Sede di lavoro:

Si offre:
contratto di somministrazione di 12 mesi, inquadramento CCNL Telecomunicazioni 5° livello, orario full time dal lunedì al venerdì 9-18 con un'ora di pausa pranzo, buoni pasto giornalieri da 7€, possibilità di svolgere alcune giornate di lavoro in regime di smart working per 1 giorno a settimana
