    Then wed love you to consider being part of the Italy Field Sales team at Kellanova on a permanent contract. Your role as Field Sales Representative will cover Tuscany South and Umbria , on site, part of a passionate and fun team.

    This role offers many excellent benefits for you including annual bonuses, company car and the support of a national Field Sales Representatives team. Based on your performance, youll have the opportunity to grow in your role as youll have visibility and access to marketing and category plans, internal sales data, and local trainings.

    A Taste of What Youll Be Doing

  • Sales and Objectives - Maximize sell out by ensuring Kellanovas Brands presence, assortment, and distribution; optimizing product location, organization, and visibility in stores; enhancing promotional KPIs using point-of-purchase (POP) material
  • POS Panel Management - Responsible for effective coverage through daily and weekly visit schedules
  • Insights and Analysis - Periodically analyze data and share views with the manager; Identify short- and medium-term actions based on insights; Continuously monitor trade, category, and brand evolution
  • Collaboration and Coordination - Collaborate with sell-in roles and coordinate with other Field Sales Representatives; Provide advance information, recommendations, and feedback
  • Professional Development and Image - Actively participate in specific projects delegated by the manager; Promote Kellanovas image through productive in-store collaborations; Utilize the Yammer platform for sharing insights and activities
  • Were Looking for Someone With

  • University degree required, preferably economics or similar
  • Driving license
  • Knowledge of Trade, Categories, Brands strategies, Consumer and Shopper behavior
  • Experience in sales in FMCG industry
  • Fluent in local language (Italian) and English is necessary
