Stew experience Passport (valid for minimum 1 year) Schengen visa (if the nationality requires) Current Marine Medical (ENG1) - (valid minimum 1 year) STCW + Refresher Food hygiene/safety Cocktails/Barista/Mixology WINE Good housekeeping and service skills Happy disposition Outgoing personality, energetic Leads by example Good crew leadership skills Very organized Verifiable positive references


The candidate must be:
