Responsibilities:


  • Ensure all work is conducted in compliance with Global Company Guidelines, Code of Conduct, policies, procedures, audit controls and legal requirements;
  • Ensure high quality production according to KPIs, policies and procedures, etc;
  • Execute production plan and provide output according to the plan;
  • Ensure periodic operational data, measurements, knowledge are timely captured and reported accurately and are fit for purpose;
  • Ensure performance issues are managed according to relevant guidelines;
  • Lead & manage team members performance, motivation and development;
  • Ensure all needed trainings are provided to the team;
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement regarding quality and productivity;
  • Initiate, participate and support improvements projects, changes implementation;
  • Ensure continously Lean implementation;
  • Maintain OEEsystem and improve by working together with engineering and maintenance team;
  • Continuously standardize and develop processes with regional and global organization;
  • Maintain accurate data in SAP including routing times, capacity, production related product data and other production related data;
  • Work with local ME organization to continuously reduce the routing times, lead times and develop manufacturing processes;
  • Ensure that created HSE, environment and quality systems are in place and well organized and controlled;
  • Participate in Strategic and annual planning;
  • Manufacturing management system development and execution;
  • Participate in job interviews, onboarding new employees, in cooperation with HR;
  • Ensure that growth dialogue are held on scheduled basis, clear targets are set, feedback provided;
  • Build positive working relationships with the Business, internal and external colleagues and customers;
  • Other regular leadership & management tasks defined by Metso Outotec or Rubber & Poly-Met management;
  • Executes all other position related tasks delegated by direct manager.
Qualifications & requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree;
  • You have minimum 3 years' experience in leading manufacturing in different positions from supervisors to manufacturing manager practical manufacturing process management experience;
  • Advanced in LEAN;
  • You know process theory and have proven records in improving processes;
  • Your management style is analytical, your decision is based on data and you have capability to make right decision fast;
  • You set ambitious targets and challenge others to improve;
  • You are good in motivating people, coaching, building the trust and commitment;
  • Fluent English and Lithuanian languages in written and verbal.
