Performance Analyst

(ROCTA) Yorkshire and Humber Regional Organised Crime Threat Assessment

YHROCU are looking to recruit a full time Performance Analyst to join the ROCTA (Regional Organised Crime Threat Assessment).

The ROCTA provide a single regional capability to assess the threat and risk of serious and organised crime by using a standard framework.


As a Performance Analyst within this team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective collation, recording and monitoring of data quality.

This is essential to the development and provision of performance products that assess the overall effectiveness of the regional response to serious and organised crime.

You will be working with the
YH ROCU, the four YH Forces and Law Enforcement Agencies in order to analyse and evaluate regional demand and performance.


The Performance Analyst will be required to analyse disruption data and capability effectiveness, along with supporting operational reviews in the regional response to Organised Crime.

The Performance Analyst will manage and develop dashboards, present analytical data (both oral and written) and develop processes to advise Forces on capturing and recording disruption data.
