UniCredit Factoring is part of the UniCredit Group and specialized in the offering of Factoring products and services. UniCredit Factoring offers a financial instrument capable of satisfying management, insurance, and financial needs in a single relationship, especially with a view to managing trade receivables/payables, the monitoring of credit risk, consultancy for the efficiency of working capital and the personalization of financial marketing, through the use of the most innovative Web hosting services.

Within UniCredit Factoring we have two open positions in Sales & Marketing and Legal.

Sales & Marketing - Client Management & Business Development

Support in the preparation of the commercial plan of WoCa Italy in collaboration with the Transaction & Payments structures and monitor its implementation, preparing periodic forecasts
Contribute to the evolution of the business through market analysis, benchmarking activities and analysis of company performance
Develop commercial initiatives and pricing strategies in line with the Company's strategic objectives
Support the commercial Structures in achieving commercial objectives
Define the commercial budget and take care of its cascading on the commercial structures
Manage the update of the Senior Management on projects and initiatives in progress, directly preparing and illustrating ad hoc presentations

Legal - Legal Specialist:

Draft and review legal agreements, contracts, and other legal documents related to our factoring business
Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant laws and regulations
Collaborate with our legal team to identify and manage legal risks associated with our factoring business
Support the legal team in managing disputes and litigation related to our factoring business
Maintain uptodate knowledge of legal and regulatory developments that may affect our business
