    Conde Nast Commercial Creative is an all-purpose creative and delivery department, working closely with the commercial and editorial teams in category verticals (Style/Culture/Travel & Lifestyle/Homes). The CNCC team includes experts in creative strategy, marketing, design and copywriting, video, digital and print production and project management.

    The role

    Condé Nast Italy is looking for an experienced and open-minded profile to join the Commercial Creative Team as a Creative Marketer. Based in Milan, the role will be focused on creating sales materials with thought-starters specifically referred to the brands managing the project full-cycle from brief collection to materials delivery. The ideal candidate has a proven expertise in understanding the dynamics of the digital and print media world, serving as a bridge between editorial teams and industry clients for creative marketing campaigns.

    Primary responsibilities:

  • Manage all the lifecycle of creative marketing materials (digital, print and events), supervising all the life of multiple campaigns at the same time
  • Track and communicate, through effective presentations, the status of all projects both to internal and external stakeholders
  • Define financial aspects of each project, in particular setting budgets and forecast, and maintain concise P&Ls
  • Spearhead weekly and daily interactions with internal stakeholders to make sure editorially-led revenue requests are aligned with brand principles and vetted when necessary
  • Consult with CNCC counterparts (e.g. Creative Strategy, Creative Producer) on proactive RFP ideation that marries advertiser initiatives with branded content concepts coherent with brand's ethos and voice
  • Establishing all strategy and guardrails for branded elements, custom production and program concepts
  • Primary skills & qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Brand Marketing and Project Management roles within the print, digital and social advertising
  • Full professional proficiency in English, with the ability to participate proactively in global meetings
  • Full knowledge of the advertising production lifecycle and methodologies
  • Experience in managing multiple projects at the same time and of various sizes, preferably in a highly pressured environment with a delivery track record
  • Strong understanding of native branded advertising
  • Knowledge of various tasks that take place within a film or photo shooting, and how to manage teams to ensure success
  • Experience in managing financial budgets (including project budgeting, financial monitoring etc)
  • Comfortable with analysing main performance KPIs (social media etc.)
  • Excellent communicator and confident presenter with strong interpersonal skills
  • Creative mindset and a meticulous attention to detail
