We are looking for an experienced and passionate executive to join our Content team in Milan and to lead the development of our Polish podcast strategy to further develop the regional podcast ecosystem.

The Podcast Partner Manager will be the primary Spotify contact for our audio content and production partners on the Polish market.

You will be tasked with developing Spotify\'s regional podcast strategy, with consideration for our global approach.

That will involve using industry understanding, insights and connections to make sure we serve podcasts listeners and creators in the most relevant way.

What you'll do You\'ll support the development of Spotify's podcast business strategy in Poland You'll be the point person for day-to-day communications with audio content partners You'll be responsible for partner content ingestion & takedown, data & insights and more You'll onboard partners with Spotify systems i.e.

contracts, payments etc.

You'll also handle ongoing admin around partnerships business details and keep the team and partners Confidenziale to date with meaningful information regarding each project.

You'll ensure that project deadlines are met, communicating and seeking approval of any changes to these.

You'll proactively work with partners on audio show selection for Spotify You\'ll work with the Content Insights and Analytics team to identify | monitor key market and competitive trends You\'ll help continuously improve our market research initiatives to our senior staff and outside partners Collaborate with teams across Spotify including licensing, tech ops, programming, marketing, analytics and more to make our shows sing For this role you will be working from our Milan office Who you are You have several years of relevant working experience in the Entertainment | Media industry and you hold a bachelor degree or similar in relevant area Your background isas Key Account Manager|Partnership manager A passionate pConfidenzialeof music, podcasts, TV, film and pop culture You can influence and communicate cross-functionally as well as communicate and collaborate with types of personalities.

You are also able to balance challenging demands from multiple partners.
