What you'll do:

Implementing our ambitious expansion plan in Italy, we joined forces with
Vettore Medical and we are now looking for a
QA Tester to join our product team in
Bologna.

Our mission is simple:
every product we build improves the daily life of healthcare professionals and patients.

Joining Doctolib, you will be part of a team building a product that helps thousands of healthcare professionals spend more time caring for their patients, deploying it to some of the largest medical facilities in Europe.

As a QA Tester n the Vettore Medical team, you will be working on a cloud SaaS solution for clinics and medical offices.

You will join a small team and be responsible for testing the product, ensuring it will always meet our quality standards and customer expectations.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Process product reviews and inform the development team of defects and errors;
Communicate quantitative and qualitative findings from test results to the development team;
Identify procedures and scenarios for the quality control of products and services;
Monitor efforts to resolve product issues and track progress;
Ensure that the final product satisfies the product requirements and meet enduser expectations;
Design and implement testing plans for products;
Spot areas for improvement to enhance the product's efficiency.

Have 2+ years of experience as QA/software tester;
Have great analytical, troubleshooting and problemsolving skills;
Have a strong passion about test engineering practices;
Are comfortable having conversations in English;

Have already worked in a tech-product company;
Know structured processess for product testing and monitoring;
Are already familiar with Agile working methodologies and you like working with high levels of autonomy;
Are curious, proactive, and collaborative.
