• Create a thorough analysis of the Channel Partner's business and Marketing efforts
• Plan marketing activities for the Channel Partners related to increasing lead generation
• Monitor the Channel Partner performance using various KPIs
• Act as a Consultant/Subject Matter Expert and make strong marketing plans to present to the Channel Partner
• Be able to present an analysis and status report on progress to the vendor
• Leverage the marketing automation software and resources provided by the vendor to customize content for Channel Partners
• Provide support for the platform to channel partners

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or another related field
• Must have excellent command of the German language
• Must possess broad knowledge of the IT industry in terms of Marketing/Sales
• Strong understanding of lead generation best practices
• Excellent Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Inbound & Outbound Marketing skills

• 13 years of experience in the Marketing field
• B2B Marketing experience, preferably with Channel Marketing
• Utilization of a
  CRM system and various channel Marketing automation platforms (ideally Zift, Structured Web, or others)

• Superb verbal and written communication skills in English & Italian
• Ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse and collaborative workplace
• Ability to adapt to a fastpaced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities
• Willingness to learn and develop skills above and beyond the role
• Ability to analyze results, make recommendations, and present a plan to highlevel executives
• Excellent interpersonal skills
