Seeking a seasoned Senior Legal Counsel for Permitting to support our dynamic Legal & Compliance team in Milan or Verona, Italy. As a key player in the energy transition, you will collaborate with our Business Development department on permitting and regulatory activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Origination: negotiation of real estate contracts
• Permitting: liaison with public authorities and participation in authorization procedures
• Litigation: supporting the Head of legal and compliance on structuring legal actions related to projects

You can expect tasks including providing legal support for renewable energy power plant origination, development, and authorization; keeping track of administrative claims; analyzing and drafting legal notes; demonstrating knowledge of renewable energy regulations; liaising with external law professionals;
